Feeling sluggish? You might be living an inflammatory lifestyle. Dayhouse member Dr. Emma Minx will reveal what floods can cause inflammation, and what happens to the body (and mind!) when we eat them. She’ll offer suggestions on foods that can be anti-inflammatory, as well as discuss IV therapy as an aid to improving health.
