The week is almost over but you haven't yet finished, or even started, the one thing that you need to get done. Join us for the Procrastinators' Power Hour - two 25 minute work sprints to get it done and hold each other accountable. Each worksprint starts with 5 minutes of movement & breathing led by Dayhouse member Alex Courtney.
